Diogo Moreira has been crowned as the new Moto2 World Champion, as Izan Guevara claimed his first Moto2 victory.
For the first time in his Moto2 career, Izan Guevara claimed his first victory in the intermediate class as he capitalised on his front row start and took the lead early on in the race.
The 2025 Moto2 Rookie of the Year, Daniel Holgado, secured his fifth podium of the year as he finished in second place for the CFMoto Aspar Team.

After taking his first Moto2 podium last week, Collin Veijer was in the fight for a second rostrum this weekend, but could only manage to finish in fourth place.
Filip Salac was able to equal his best result of the 2025 season, as in his final race with the ELF Marc VDS Racing Team, he rounded out the top five. However, he was relegated to 14th due to a penalty.
In his final race as a Moto2 rider, Albert Arenas finished in sixth place for the ITALJET Gresini Moto2 squad. But he was promoted into the top five after Salac was handed a penalty.
British rider Jake Dixon will head off to World Superbikes in 2026, and he ended his Grand Prix career with a sixth-place finish at the Valencia Grand Prix.
Senna Agius was the top Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP rider at the end of the Valencia Grand Prix as he finished in seventh place.
Celestino Vietti did end the race in ninth place, but was moved into eighth due to Salac's penalty.
Originally, Tony Arbolino completed the top ten, but in his final race for the BLU CRU Pramac Yamaha Moto2 squad, he ended up in ninth.
The new Moto2 World Champion, Diogo Moreira, ended the Valencia Grand Prix in tenth place, and his title rival Manuel Gonzalez was outside of the points in 22nd.
