Moto3 Argentina, Race Results: Angel Piqueras claims his first victory on a KTM

After switching from Honda to KTM for the 2025 season, Angel Piqueras has won his first Grand Prix on his new machine.

Angel Piqueras secured victory on the final corners as he claimed his first win for the FRINSA - MT Helmets - MSi squad. The Spaniard appeared to touch the green on the last lap, but has not been demoted as of the time of writing.

Leopard Racing finished in second place with Adrian Fernandez on his Honda. The Spaniard was beaten by his former teammate in the final sector.

Completing an all Spanish podium was Jose Antonio Rueda on the Red Bull KTM Ajo machine.

The pole man, Matteo Bertelle, was unable to convert his pole position into a podium place. However, the Italian rider was able to finish the race in fourth.

Taiyo Furusato had crossed the line in fourth place but after touching the green on the last lap he was demoted to fifth.

Leopard Racing rider, David Almansa, was outside of the top five as he crossed the line in sixth place.

SIC58 Squarda Corse rider, Luca Lunetta, was in seventh place at the end of the race but was two seconds behind the race winner.

Joel Kelso completed two long lap penalties throughout the Argentine Grand Prix, yet he was still able to finish the race in eighth.

Ryusei Yamanaka had been running at the front but was involved in a late incident and had to settle for ninth place.

Rounding out the top ten was the SIC58 Squadra Corse rider, Stefano Nepa.

British riders Scott Ogden and Eddie O'Shea both finished the race with Ogden inside the points in 13th and O'Shea just missing out in 17th.
