Gold and Goose

Once again it is David Alonso on pole position in the Moto3 class as his domination continues.

David Alonso continues to dominate the Moto3 World Championship as he takes pole position at Misano. The Colombian rider is set to move to Moto2 in 2025, but he has a Moto3 title to win first.

On the front row will be the #58 Luca Lunetta from the SIC58 Squadro Corse Moto3 squad. The Italian nearly secured a legendary pole position, but it was snatched from him.

Completing the front row is Ivan Ortola in third place as he chases Alonso in the Championship standings.

At the head of the second row is Angel Piqueras who will start from fourth place. However, the Leopard Racing Honda rider will have to do a double-long lap penalty in the race.

Collin Viejer had put his Husqvarna on pole position and was setting a good pace. Until the Dutch rider crashed and could not set a lap time on his last flying lap.

At the back of the second row is Joel Kelso who was also on provisional pole after crashing. However, the Australian slipped back through the order.

The third row of the grid will be led by Daniel Holgado on the Red Bull GasGas Tech3 machine. But two Honda riders complete the third row with Adrian Fernandez and Taiyo Furusatio in eighth and ninth.

Rounding out the top ten is the Italian, Stefano Nepa, on the LEVELUP - MTA KTM.

Scott Ogden will start down in 20th place after he did not make it through the first Qualifying session.
