Veteran Moto2 rider, Simone Corsi, will become the Sporting Director at Klint Forward Factory Team in 2025.
In the 2025 Moto2 World Championship Simone Corsi will become the Sporting Director at the Klint Forward Factory Team.
Corsi is a former 125cc race winner, Moto2 podium finisher and World Supersport racer. However, the Italian will take a step back from racing in 2025 as he steps into a management role in the struggling Moto2 team.
At the 2024 Moto2 season finale Corsi wildcarded in the Klint Forward Factory Team. The Italian finished the Solidarity Grand Prix in 26th place on the Forward F2 machine.
When speaking about his new role Corsi said: "I am delighted that my journey with Forward continues in a new role."
"I want to contribute my experience, support the team and contribute to its further development in this exciting challenge. I believe that together we can achieve important goals."
After a difficult 2024 Moto2 World Championship, the Klint Forward Factory Team has kept the same rider lineup for 2025. Alex Escrig and Xavier Artigas will continue to compete with the team, despite only Artigas scoring points for the team last season.
