Aragon WorldSBK, Superpole Results | Nicolo Bulega snatched pole position at MotorLand Aragon

Nicolo Bulega set a new World Superbike Lap Record around MotorLand Aragon on his way to his fourth pole position of the year.

For the fourth time this season, Nicolo Bulega has claimed pole position for the Aruba.it Racing - Ducati squad. The Italian set a new Superbike Lap Record around MotorLand Aragon and is on a mission to close the gap in the Championship.

Toprak Razgatlioglu will start from the middle of the front row in second place. The Turkish rider was unable to match Bulega through the final sector and missed out on his sixth pole position.

British rider, Alex Lowes, will start from the rear of the front row as he was able to put his bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team machine into third place on the grid.

Sam Lowes will start behind his brother as he was able to qualify in fourth place on the grid for the ELF Marc VDS Racing Team on his Ducati Panigale V4 R.

The Barni Spark Racing Team will start from the middle of the second row with Danilo Petrucci securing a fifth-place starting position in Superpole.

Alvaro Bautista completed an all-Ducati second row; the Spaniard was unable to match his teammate, but has had strong race pace throughout the Practice sessions.

Andrea Iannone is looking to return to winning ways this weekend at MotorLand Aragon, but he will have to work hard from his seventh-place grid position.

The top Yamaha rider on the grid is the six-time World Superbike Champion, Jonathan Rea. The Pata Maxus Yamaha rider will start from eighth place on the grid, and will be joined on the third row by his teammate Andrea Locatelli, who will start from ninth.

Completing the top ten was the GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team rider, Remy Gardner, who will head the fourth row of the grid.

British riders, Ryan Vickers, Tarran Mackenzie and Tommy Bridewell missed out on the top ten and will start from 15th, 18th and 22nd places.
