Aragon WorldSSP, Superpole Results | Huertas claims pole at Aragon, Montella will start from fourth

Adrian Huertas claimed his seventh pole position of the season as he claimed pole at MotorLand Aragon.

Adrian Huertas claims another Tissot watch as he claims Pole Position once again in World Supersport. The Spaniard will switch to Moto2 in 2025, but before then he wants to win the 2024 World Supersport title.

Completing the front row is the GMT94 Yamaha rider Lucas Mahias in second and the Orelac Racing rider Jorge Navarro.

Huertas' closest Championship rider is Yari Montella and he will only start from fourth place on Saturday.

Glenn van Straalen will start from the middle of the second row as he put his Ten Kate Yamaha in fifth. At the back of the second row will be Marcel Schroetter on the MV Agusta.

Yamaha riders Valentin Debise and Stefano Manzi will head the third row of the grid. The French rider and the Italian rider will start from seventh and eighth places.

The top Kawasaki in the World Supersport Superpole session was Can Oncu. The Turkish rider will start from the back of the third row in ninth place.

Completing the top ten was the top Triumph rider, Tom Booth-Amos. The British rider got his first podium of the year at Cremona and has had a strong year with PTR Triumph.
