Andrea Locatelli claimed his maiden World Superbike victory for the Pata Maxus Yamaha Team.
After 154 World Superbike races, Andrea Locatelli claimed his first victory in the World Superbike Championship. The Pata Maxus Yamaha rider claimed Yamaha's first victory since the Superpole Race at Magny-Cours in 2023.
Alvaro Bautista was the only Ducati to feature on the rostrum in Race Two at the TT Circuit Assen. The Spaniard has still not been able to claim a victory this season but beat his two main title rivals.
Two Yamaha riders featured on the podium as the GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK rider Remy Gardner finished in third place. The Australian had not been on a WorldSBK podium since Assen last year.
After standing on the podium in the Superpole Race, Sam Lowes was able to end his weekend on a positive note with a fourth place in Race Two.
The bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team ended their weekend with a fifth and sixth place in Race Two. Axel Bassani was in fifth, and Alex Lowes was behind his teammate in sixth.
Honda was back inside the top ten with Iker Lecuona on the Honda CBR1000RR-R. This was the Spaniard's fourth top-ten finish of the 2025 season.
The top BMW rider was Toprak Razgatlioglu, who completed a difficult weekend in eighth place. The Turkish rider had an inconsistent time at Assen after winning the Superpole Race on Sunday morning.
For the first time this weekend, Andrea Iannone was able to finish a race at the TT Circuit Assen. The Italian ended his time at the Dutch World Superbike Round with a ninth-place finish.
Rounding out the top ten was the third Yamaha R1 with Dominique Aegerter from the GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team.
Tarran Mackenzie missed out on a top ten but claimed his third points scoring finish of the weekend as he finished in 14th.
Ryan Vickers and Scott Redding's weekends ended with 18th and 19th places in Race Two.
Nicolo Bulega once again failed to finish after suffering a mechanical issue with his Ducati Panigale V4 R.
