Toprak Razgatlioglu was able to extend his winning streak to 10 World Superbike victories in a row as he controlled Race One in France.
For the 16th time in the 2025 World Superbike season, Toprak Razgatlioglu has claimed victory as he dominated the opening race of the weekend at Magny-Cours.
Nicolo Bulega claimed his 13th second-place finish of the 2025 season. The factory Ducati rider has not been able to beat Razgatlioglu since Race Two at the Czech Republic World Superbike Round.
Bimota returned to a feature-length World Superbike podium for the first time since 2000, as Alex Lowes claimed a third-place finish at Magny-Cours.
Danilo Petrucci missed out on a podium in the opening race of the weekend as he finished in fourth place for the Barni Spark Racing Team.
The top Yamaha in the opening race of the weekend was the Pata Maxus Yamaha rider, Andrea Locatelli, who came from the back row of the grid to fifth place.
Just outside of the top five was the GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team rider, Remy Gardner, who finished in sixth place.
Axel Bassani could not match his bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team teammate, as the Italian finished Race One in seventh place.
The third Yamaha rider inside the top ten in Race One was the GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team rider, Dominique Aegerter, who was in eighth place.
Despite challenging for the podium, Sam Lowes crashed during the race, but was able to remount and finish in ninth place.
Bahattin Sofuoglu claimed his best result of his World Superbike career in the opening race of the weekend with a tenth place finish.
Three British riders missed out on a top ten finish in Race One, Ryan Vickers finished in 13th place, and Jonathan Rea and Tarran Mackenzie failed to finish.
