Results from Race 1 at the 2026 Brands Hatch BSB, the fifth round of the 2026 season.
Kyle Ryde took victory in Race 1 at the Brands Hatch BSB, his ninth win of the season.
Ryde trailed Scott Redding for much of the race, but he took the lead as the race neared the last five laps. Redding hung on to Ryde, but a red flag for a crash for Eugene McManus with two laps to go cut the race short and denied Redding a chance to challenge Ryde in the final laps.
Max Cook completed the podium, five second behind the leaders and four seconds ahead of Leon Haslam in fourth.
Christian Iddon completed the top-five ahead of Ryan Vickers, Glenn Irwin, Bradley Ray, Rory Skinner, and Lee Jackson in the top-10.

Qualifying
Kyle Ryde took pole position at Brands Hatch, beating Scott Redding with a new lap record and a first-ever 1:23 lap for a BSB machine at the Kent circuit.
Max Cook completed the top-three, ahead of Christian Iddon, Bradley Ray, and Leon Haslam in the top-six.
Glenn Irwin, Rory Skinner, and Joe Talbot qualified on the thrid row, for Talbot despite a crash towards the end.
Storm Stacey completed the top-10 and was the last rider in the 1:24s. He'll be joined by Ilya Mikhalchik and Lee Jackson on the fourth row.

Scott Redding and Kyle Ryde maintained their grasp on the top two positions at Brands Hatch that began in FP2 on Friday. This time Redding was 0.156 seconds clear of Ryde, and they were the only two riders to lap in the 1:24s.
Ryan Vickers completed the top-three, ahead of Max Cook, Storm Stacey, and Ilya Mikhalchik in the top-six. Christian Iddon, Lee Jackson, Bradley Ray, and Jason O'Halloran rounded out the top-10.
