It is advantage, Glenn Irwin, on Friday at Brands Hatch as he sets the pace at Brands Hatch for the season finale.

Glenn Irwin leads the British Superbike field on the final Free Practice Friday of the 2024 season. The Hager PBM Ducati rider led his Championship rivals as he set the pace ahead of the final three races of the season.

The Honda Racing UK riders finished the day in third and fourth places. The reigning BSB Champion, Tommy Bridewell, ended the day in third, just behind his title rivals. In fourth place was Andrew Irwin who could do with some good results to secure a contract for 2025.

Completing the top five was the FHO Racing BMW rider of Josh Brookes in fifth place. The Australian rider has set a competitive pace on Friday to keep himself in the mix for what could be his final three races for FHO.

The top MasterMac Honda rider was once again Charlie Nesbitt as he ended the day in sixth place.

In seventh place was Danny Kent on the McAMS Racing Yamaha machine. Kent has a contract in his back pocket for 2025, but a first BSB win would be the perfect end of the season for the former Moto3 Champion.

The second MasterMac Honda of Lee Jackson ended his Friday in eighth place, 0.100 seconds behind his teammate.

Two Kawasaki riders rounded out the top ten of the timesheets on Friday. In ninth place was Danny Buchan on the DAO Racing Kawasaki, with Max Cook in tenth place on his FS-3 Racing Kawasaki.
