OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing claim position in the hands of Ryan Vickers for the BSB season finale.
Ryan Vickers claimed pole position at Brands Hatch for the final round of the 2024 British Superbike season. The OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing rider was dominant at Brands Hatch earlier this season and could do the triple once again.
Despite a heavy fall in the drying conditions, Lee Jackson got back out on track after two red flags. The MasterMac Honda rider managed to qualify on the front row in second place on the grid.
Completing the front row was Josh Brookes on the FHO Racing BMW. The Australian rider has been on a good run in qualifying recently, but the podium places have eluded him.
The Championship leader, Kyle Ryde, was just off the front row in fourth place. Ryde was only 0.002 seconds off a third-place starting position but has shown strong race pace throughout the weekend.
Max Cook will start from the middle of the second row at Brands Hatch. Cook was the top Kawasaki rider in qualifying after setting a great pace.
Tommy Bridewell will start the opening race of the weekend from fifth place. The Honda Racing UK rider is hoping to retain his title this weekend and will start from the same row as his main rival.
The third row of the grid features FHO Racing BMW rider Peter Hickman in seventh. Danny Kent starts from the middle of the row in eighth place on the McAMS Yamaha. Finally, Leon Haslam starts from ninth on the end of the third row.
Completing the top ten is the MasterMac Honda rider of Charlie Nesbitt who crashed at the end of the session during his fastest lap.
Championship hopeful, Glenn Irwin, will start the opening race of the weekend from 15th after a mechanical issue caused him to crash.
