Glenn Irwin returns to the top of the podium for the first time since Snetterton as he wins in the wet.

After Kyle Ryde won the opening race of the weekend on Saturday the conditions were drastically different for the opening race on Sunday.

Glenn Irwin won his first race since Snetterton as he put his Ducati back on the top of the podium. The Hager PBM rider finished in second place on Saturday and fought hard in the wet conditions.

The McAMS Yamaha rider Danny Kent finished the race in second place. The former Moto3 World Champion has not been on the podium since Thruxton but returned at Oulton Park.

It was so close to a first win since 2018 for Leon Haslam. However, it was not meant to be for the former BSB Champion. The ROKiT Haslam Racing BMW rider finished in third place after being forced off the track while in the lead on the last lap.

Tommy Bridewell regained the Championship lead as he finished in fourth place at Oulton Park. The Honda Racing UK rider needed a positive result at Oulton Park after his crash on Saturday. The reigning BSB Champion is now back in control of the 2024 standings.

Lewis Rollo clearly loves the wet on his pathway Aprilia as he finished in fifth place. The Scotsman was fighting for a podium at one point but faded back in the pack during the race.

Just outside the top five was Jason O'Halloran in sixth place with Lee Jackson on the MasterMac Honda in seventh place.

Storm Stacey got stuck behind traffic in the early stages in the race and could not catch the leaders. The LKQ Euro Car Parts Kawasaki rider ended the race in eighth place.

Completing the top ten were two Honda riders with Andrew Irwin in ninth place and Fraser Rogers in tenth.

The OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing riders, Ryan Vickers and Kyle Ryde, were outside the top ten in 12th and 13th.
