Dean Harrison returned from a solid Isle of Man TT with Honda to a weekend he described as "frustrating" at the Knockhill BSB.
Harrison was on the podium four times at the Isle of Man, including in both Superbike-class races, but coming back to the short circuits - and, at that, the shortest circuit on the calendar in Knockhill - proved to be complicated.
Taking a best result of 19th on the weekend, Harrison's negative feeling about his own weekend was perhaps even highlighted by the success of his teammates: Tommy Bridewell secured his first win of the year and took the championship lead, while Andrew Irwin was also on the podium for the first time this season in Race 1.
Reflecting on his own weekend, Harrison said: "Honestly, I've had a really frustrating weekend all in all. The frustrating thing is the lads are good, the bike's good. I've been poor basically.
"This sounds like a poor excuse, but I felt off all weekend and I've just not got my head into any of it really. So, I look quite a bit lost, because the potential of the bike obviously speaks for itself.
"So I'm going to put this one down to experience and start again next time."
