MotoGP Germany, Qualifying Results | Marc Marquez claimed his seventh pole position of the season

Marc Marquez claimed another pole position around the Sachsenring in the treacherous conditions at the German circuit.

The wet weather did not hold back Marc Marquez around the Sachsenring; the factory Ducati rider was able to set the pace during Qualifying and will start from pole once again.

Johann Zarco came through the first Qualifying session, and the French rider used his track time to his advantage as he ended up Qualifying in second place on the grid.

Marco Bezzecchi will start from the front row for the first time as an Aprilia Racing rider and will start from third place on the grid.

Franco Morbidelli crashed on his final flying lap around the very wet Sachsenring circuit. The Italian had already secured a fourth-place starting position before his fall.

The top KTM rider in Qualifying at the German Grand Prix was Pedro Acosta who put his Red Bull KTM Factory Racing machine into fifth place.

Despite his recent surgery, Alex Marquez was able to secure a second-row starting position as he qualified in sixth place.

At the head of the third row of the grid is the Monster Energy Yamaha rider of Fabio Quartararo in seventh place on the grid.

Fabio di Giannantonio topped the timesheets on Friday afternoon, but in the wet conditions in Qualifying he could only manage eighth place.

After crashing on his first lap of the session, Jack Miller was able to get back out on track and qualified in ninth place.

Completing the top ten was Brad Binder on the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing machine.
