Brazilian rider Diogo Moreira topped the timesheets at the end of Day One at the new Balaton Park Circuit.
At the end of the opening day of Moto2 Practice at Balaton Park, it was the MotoGP-bound Diogo Moreira who topped the timesheets for the Italtrans Racing Team.
Filip Salac completed a positive opening day at the Hungarian Grand Prix as he was the top Boscoscuro rider and ended the day in second place.
The Moto2 World Championship leader, Manuel Gonzalez, topped Free Practice One but ended the afternoon's Practice in third place.
Moto2 rookie, Adrian Huertas, has shown promising form during both Friday Practice sessions as he ended the day in fourth place.
Rounding out the top five was the second Boscoscuro rider inside the top ten of Alonso Lopez from the SpeedRS Team.
Outside of the top five was a run of three Moto2 rookies, David Alonso, Collin Veijer, and Ivan Ortola, all found themselves in sixth, seventh and eighth place at the end of the opening day at the new Balaton Park Circuit.
Izan Guevara ended the day inside the top ten as he finished in ninth place on the BLU CRU Pramac Yamaha Moto2 machine.
Completing the top ten was the Japanese rider, Ayumu Sasaki, on the RW - Idrofoglia Racing machine.
