Moto2 Valencia, Race Results | Izan Guvara claimed victory as Diogo Moreira secured the title

Diogo Moreira has been crowned as the new Moto2 World Champion, as Izan Guevara claimed his first Moto2 victory.

For the first time in his Moto2 career, Izan Guevara claimed his first victory in the intermediate class as he capitalised on his front row start and took the lead early on in the race.

The 2025 Moto2 Rookie of the Year, Daniel Holgado, secured his fifth podium of the year as he finished in second place for the CFMoto Aspar Team.

In the final race of Ivan Ortola's rookie season, the Spaniard secured his first Moto2 podium as he finished in third place on the QJMOTOR - Frinsa - MSi Boscoscuro.

After taking his first Moto2 podium last week, Collin Veijer was in the fight for a second rostrum this weekend, but could only manage to finish in fourth place.

Filip Salac was able to equal his best result of the 2025 season, as in his final race with the ELF Marc VDS Racing Team, he rounded out the top five.

In his final race as a Moto2 rider, Albert Arenas finished in sixth place for the ITALJET Gresini Moto2 squad.

British rider Jake Dixon will head off to World Superbikes in 2026, and ended his Grand Prix career with a seventh-place finish at the Valencia Grand Prix.

Senna Agius was the top Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP rider at the end of the Valencia Grand Prix as he finished in eighth place.

Completing the top ten were two Boscoscuro riders, with Celestino Vietti in ninth place and Tony Arbolino in tenth place.

The new Moto2 World Champion, Diogo Moreira, ended the Valencia Grand Prix in eleventh place, and his title rival Manuel Gonzalez was outside of the points in 22nd.
