Alber Arenas topped his first session of the 2025 Moto2 season, as he was the fastest in Free Practice Two.

After Manuel Gonzalez dominated the proceedings on Friday, it seemed he would do the same on Saturday. However, it was Albert Arenas who topped the final Free Practice session in Qatar.

Gonzalez did not top the session, but he did end up in second place on the timesheets. The Spaniard was 0.002 seconds behind Arenas's best lap time at the end of the session.

Daniel Holgado started his Saturday in third place on the CFMOTO Aspar Team. The Spaniard has been impressive at the Lusail International Circuit and looks set to fight at the front.

Completing an all-Spanish top four was Aron Canet on the Fantic Racing Lino Sonego Kalex machine.

The first non-Kalex rider and non-Spanish rider was Jake Dixon in fifth place on the ELF marc VDS Racing Team Boscoscuro.

Senna Agius ended the afternoon session in sixth place on his Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP machine.

Belgian rider Barry Baltus was able to end the afternoon in seventh place at the same circuit where he took his first Moto2 podium.

American rider Joe Roberts was able to break into the top ten for the OnlyFans American Racing Team.

Red Bull KTM Ajo rider Denix Oncu ended the opening session of the day in ninth place.

Completing the top ten was Zonta van den Goorbergh on the RW - Idrofoglia Racing bike.
