Jorge Martin secures pole position at the Red Bull Ring after smashing the lap record.
Ducati will start from pole position at KTM's home circuit. However, the purple Ducati of Jorge Martin will start from pole for the Sprint and the Grand Prix.
Francesco Bagnaia thought he had set an unbeatable time with a 1:27.889. However, he could not match the pole hound of Martin.
Marc Marquez completes a Ducati 1-2-3 as he completes the front row. But the Spaniard could not set a 1:27 lap time and was in the 1:28's.
The top non-Ducati was the Aprilia rider, Aleix Espargaro. The Spaniard will start from the head of the second row behind a wall of Ducati riders.
Joining Espargaro on the second row will be the top KTM rider of Jack Miller and fellow Factory Aprilia rider Maverick Vinales in fifth and sixth places.
Not only did Ducati lock out the front row but they also locked out the third row. Enea Bastianini will start from seventh, Franco Morbidelli will start from eighth with Marco Bezzecchi in ninth place.
The fourth row is made up fo two KTMs and a Ducati. Pol Espargaro will start from tenth place with Alex Marquez and Brad Binder in 11th and 12th places.
