MotoGP Barcelona, Free Practice Two Results: Vinales leads the way on Saturday morning, Bagnaia was 11th with Martin in 12th

The Championship contenders were outside the top ten on Saturday morning as Maverick Vinales set the pace.

Maverick Vinales topped the final Free Practice session of the 2024 MotoGP season. The Spaniard was 0.1 seconds quicker than any other rider as he controlled the timesheets.

Prima Pramac Racing rider, Franco Morbidelli, will need to go through Q1 later today. However, he finished Free Practice Two in second place as the top Ducati rider.

Alex Marquez was in third place on Saturday morning on the Gresini Racing Ducati GP23.

Trackhouse Racing rider, Raul Fernandez, was strong in Barcelona earlier this season. However, the Spaniard has struggled so far this weekend but ended Free Practice Two in fourth.

MotoGP rookie, Pedro Acosta, finished the session in fifth place on his GasGas Factory Racing Tech3 machine.

Jack Miller was the second KTM rider in the top ten in Free Practice Two as he finished in sixth.

On Friday Marc Marquez struggled for rhythm, something that continued on Saturday morning. The Spaniard put in a late fast lap to finish seventh in Free Practice Two.

Home hero, Aleix Espargaro, will end his MotoGP career this weekend in Barcelona. But on Saturday morning the Spaniard finished in eighth.

Brad Binder was the third KTM rider inside the top ten on Saturday morning. The South African rider ended the session in ninth place.

Takaaki Nakagami topped Free Practice One on Friday morning and ended Saturday morning in tenth.
