We know this is controversial because of how well Kyle Ryde rode in 2024, but we have him second on our list. The OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing rider won his first British Superbike title last season and the team's second title in the last three years.

This was Ryde's fifth full season in the British Superbike Championship after previously riding for Suzuki and BMW. However, it was his switch to a Yamaha with OMG Racing that provided Ryde with the winning recipe.

Ryde took nine British Superbike victories in the 32 races in 2024 on his Yamaha YZF-R1. The 27-year-old participated in every race throughout the year and his consistency showed throughout the year. Ryde only failed to finish one race throughout the season and was inside the points in the other 31 races.

Other than his nine victories Ryde had nine further podiums and eight further top-five finishes. The British rider was only outside of the top ten on two occasions out of the 31 races that he finished.

Ryde will remain in the British Superbike Championship in 2025 with the OMG Racing Team. He has stated that he will use the #1 plate next season and will attempt to defend his crown.
